
ASIA MEDIA INTERNATIONAL PRESENTS – Video anchor, Janelynne Galera sits down for an exclusive interview with Tiana Day, a 19-year-old activist, organizer, speaker and founder of the non-profit organization, Young champions of change.
Tiana Day chose to fight for her rights as a half-Black, half-Asian American woman living in the modern world and was a powerful leader for the youth in her community. She was named CNN’s Hero of the Year 2020, “Young Wonder” and “Impact Warrior” from the Golden State Warriors. Tiana has also been recognized by the San Francisco Commission on the Status of Women for her activism and founding her youth-led organization. She is currently attending the University of Southern California at Iovine and Young Academy to pursue a degree in Arts, Technology, and Business Innovation.
